Toolbox
The Digital Transformation for Manufacturers Assessment (DTMA) Toolbox is intended to help teams at small- and medium-sized manufacturers address the digital constraints and weaknesses identified via the DTMA questionnaire and output process. These materials focus on problem-solving methods, techniques to monitor and improve digitally-enhanced performance, and project management.
